About Us

BLOC was founded in 2022 in the premises of the old Warehouse Gym and TNT Gyms. Our focus has been providing a gym experience that goes beyond the commercial offerings found elsewhere. A home to gym goers who are serious about their training.

Our Gym comprises of a large free weights area, an outdoor training deck, an open track area and our main gym floor stocked with high quality machines and equipment.
